1.Name it:                 

Formerly the Baghbani Union was named "East Sadulapur Union Council". Later, on the occasion of the presence of the then Chandpur Divisional Administrator K A, Zaman Sahib, in the 8th year, the name of the East Sadulapur Union Council was changed to Baghbari Union.

3. Founder:

Late Shamsul Alam (Chunnu Mia). He was born in the village of Jamadar in Ichakhali village under Baghbari union of North upazila of Matlab. His father's name was Mohammad Hossain Zamdar, a prominent lion male.He was a member of the Union Panchayat from 820 to 8 years, and was the President of Durgapur Union Panchayat at No. 3 till then. Like the Eastern masculine society, it dissolves into the intoxication of service.He was elected as the first chairman of the East Sadulapur Union Council after winning the Union Council elections in the year. The 27-year-old was renowned as the chairman of the former Chandpur subdivision in his tenure as chairman.He established a high school (Baghbani Ideal Academy), a charity clinic, union council office, mosque, madrasa in Baganbari and made substantial improvements in education, health and communication system, and was awarded the highest prize as one of the chairmen of the former Chandpur subdivision. ) Gets 6000 money. He died on March 4 in the 1992.
